
16-17th August - The IHPVA World Championships 2008
Welcome to the IHPVA World Championships 2008. Your hosts are the British Human Power Club.
The Championships will be held at Bentwaters Parks, an ex-airfield in Suffolk, near to the town of Woodbridge and the North Sea Cycle Route, approximately 30km of easy riding from the Port of Harwich. The site covers about 1,000 acres and with a variety of roads as well as a 1.3-mile long main runway is ideal for HPV racing!
The IHPVA World Championships 2008 feature 200m sprints, criterium and distance races, and drag sprints, as well as a program of touring rides. The countryside around Bentwaters Parks is fantastic for touring and family cycling, with many attractions.
